FAYE A. FEINDT

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT

Faye A. Feindt began her career with Charlevoix Abstract & Engineering Company in 1969. Her work experience has encompassed drafting and computations involving boundary surveys, description sketches, county tax maps, right-of-way plans, cadastral surveys, topographical and planimetric surveys, site plans, condominium plans, preliminary and final plats, mortgage inspections, marina surveys, and ALTA/ACSM reports. She has prepared and reviewed in excess of 2000 survey drawings, plans and maps of various types. She has also performed numerous types of surveying research and has prepared many legal descriptions.

Mrs. Feindt successfully completed two semesters at the University of Michigan in a Civil Engineering program 1971-72. She has attended many seminars and presentations associated with the Michigan Land Title Association and the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors. Beginning in 1989 and continuing through 2000, she has completed many courses in computer automated drafting, spreadsheets, accounting and various other subjects at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, Michigan. She has obtained experience and worked under the direct supervision of eight licensed professional surveyors and three licensed professional engineers at various times since 1969.

Mrs. Feindt has been actively involved with client relations and corporate administration since 1975. She presently provides assistance with corporate administration, client relations, account monitoring, billing, computing, CAD and manual drafting, and directs the company's survey filing system. She has managed and scheduled much of the surveying work conducted from the Charlevoix office since 1990.

She recently directed the company's activities with Johnson, Johnson & Roy, Inc. in the compilation of environmental impact and financial analysis studies for optimizing the location and right-of-way requirements for the expansion, reconstruction, and/or relocation of approximately seven miles of Highway U. S. 31 at Petoskey, Michigan and was closely involved with a MDOT study project relative to proposed U.S. 31 improvements and/or re-location between Holland and Grand Haven for Greiner, Inc.
